Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employee onboarding and maintain employee records.
Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
