Full job description

Position: Executive Assistant

Experience: 3-10 years

Working Hours: 6 days a week, from 5.30 pm to 3 am ( Hybrid role ) / Night Shift

Salary: Negotiable, Salary depends on Experience and skills

Responsibilities and Key Skills:

Hospitality Industry: should have a strong background in the hospitality industry. This includes a good understanding of customer service, communication, and dealing with clients in a hospitable manner.

Well-Spoken: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The personal assistant should be articulate, professional, and able to represent the employer effectively.

Excel Expertise: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is essential for managing data, creating reports, and organizing information effectively.

Mathematical Skill: Strong numerical and mathematical skills are required for tasks such as budgeting, financial management, and data analysis.

Manage Social Media (LinkedIn): The personal assistant should be capable of managing social media accounts to enhance the employer's professional online presence. Particularly the employer’s LinkedIn profile creating, managing and posting content, connecting with relevant professionals, and enhancing the online presence.

Charitable Organization: Experience in working with or managing charitable organizations or events is a plus. This may involve organizing philanthropic activities, fundraisers, or community outreach efforts.

Administrative Support: Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in an organized and timely manner. This includes managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Personal Assistant should uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Requirements and Skills:

· Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to CEO.

· Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. calendars and copy machines)

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field

· P A diploma or certification is a plus

· Good Reasoning / Logical skills (must have Maths subject in Senior School)
