Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, contacting prospective customers, explaining residential projects, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database and marketing leads.
Handle incoming enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media and property portals.
Explain project details, location, configurations, pricing, payment plans, amenities and offers to prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.
Qualify leads and identify genuine/interested prospects.
Generate and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer requirements.
Update lead status and customer information in the company CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Sales Executive/Manager regarding qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and assist in converting leads into site visits and sales.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead-generation and site-visit targets.
Stay updated about the company's projects, pricing, offers and developments in the Navi Mumbai real estate market.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, banking, insurance or customer handling will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM software.
Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English preferred.
Candidates familiar with Ulwe, Pushpak Nagar, Panvel, Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas will have an advantage.
