Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Architect with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to drive business architecture, solution design, and functional leadership across core banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process-led workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
Design end-to-end functional solutions aligned with Temenos Transact capabilities
Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solutioning
Define functional architecture across modules including AA, Payments, and other core banking areas
Prepare and review BRD, FSD, HLSD and ensure quality deliverables
Act as the primary functional SPOC for client discussions and issue resolution
Collaborate with technical teams for implementation, testing, and delivery
Mentor and guide business analysts and functional consultants

Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Temenos T24 / Transact
Strong expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) – Lending, Deposits, Accounts
Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, and functional consulting
Experience in leading workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
Exposure to multiple end-to-end T24 implementations
Strong understanding of core banking processes and system architecture

Good to Have:

Experience in Payments (TPH), Securities, or Trade Finance modules
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA
Experience working with global banking clients
