About the Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Mid‑Level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute data‑centric campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels, optimize performance through analytics, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to amplify brand presence and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate balances creative storytelling with rigorous performance tracking, delivering ROI‑focused strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution
Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel digital campaigns (PPC, social, email, SEO, content, affiliate).
Develop comprehensive briefs, set KPIs, and allocate budgets to maximize impact.
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) using analytics platforms.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget reallocation to improve performance.
Content & Creative Collaboration
Partner with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to produce compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
Ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging to specific audience segments.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and attribution modeling.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation sequences.
Optimize conversion funnels to increase qualified leads and reduce drop‑off rates.
Budget Management & ROI Analysis
Manage advertising spend across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and forecast future spend based on performance trends.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise junior marketers or interns, providing guidance on best practices and campaign execution.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the marketing team.

Technical Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing full‑cycle campaigns.
Core Skills
Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities; experienced with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting (Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Technical Proficiencies
Marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Basic HTML/CSS for landing page modifications and tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach; proactive, adaptable, and results oriented.
Certifications (Preferred)
Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
