Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Our services are related to PhD assistance, thesis and dissertation support, research papers, academic writing, journal publication, research assistance, and related academic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales.
- Handle incoming leads and respond to client enquiries.
- Understand clients' requirements related to PhD, thesis, dissertation, research papers and publication services.
- Explain services, pricing, process and timelines to prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Build professional relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with experience in academic services, education sales, research paper services, thesis/dissertation services, PhD services or publication services will be preferred.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
- Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection and a suitable setup for Work From Home.
Compensation
₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Additional incentives are provided based on sales and performance, giving candidates an opportunity to increase their monthly earnings.
