Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Executive to develop, manage, and optimize content across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, storytelling, social media marketing, and SEO, with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and messaging.
Digital Marketing Support
- Plan and execute content strategies across digital channels.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
- Support paid marketing campaigns with ad copies and promotional content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Track social media trends and create relevant content.
Website & Blog Management
- Update website content regularly, including blogs, landing pages, and promotions.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for content publishing.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on engagement, traffic, and lead conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Work with trainers, fitness experts, or influencers to create valuable content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
