Full job description

About the Role

You’ll work with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to create visually compelling presentations, branding materials, and digital content for the firm. This role is 60% creative design, 40% presentation and marketing support. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, layouts, and storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

Create presentation decks, project portfolios, brochures, and company profiles
Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials
Develop branding elements including logos, templates, and visual identities
Assist in creating signage, wayfinding graphics, and print materials for projects
Maintain visual consistency across all firm communications

Presentation & Visualization

Prepare architectural and interior presentation sheets with clean layouts
Edit renders, project photographs, and visual content for client presentations
Support architects/designers in competition entries and proposal graphics
Create infographics, diagrams, and concept boards for design presentations

Digital & Marketing Support

Design content for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and digital campaigns
Coordinate with marketing teams for event creatives and promotional campaigns
Assist in basic video editing, reels, and motion graphics if required
Organize and maintain design templates, fonts, and graphic assets

Office & Process

Maintain brand guidelines and presentation standards
Manage project folders, artwork files, and print-ready documentation
Research design trends, typography, and creative references
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when needed

Skills & Tools

Must Have

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills
MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for presentation design
Understanding of branding and social media design

Good to Have

Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing
Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
Basic knowledge of architecture/interior terminology and presentations
Photography and image editing skills
