You will be responsible for
Executive Support:
- Managing complex, global calendars with proactive prioritisation.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Managing communication flows—email triage, drafting responses, preparing briefs, ensuring timely follow‑through.
- Preparing agendas, consolidating pre‑reads, and ensuring leaders are fully equipped for meetings.
- Anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring seamless business rhythms.
Operational Excellence:
- Driving improvements to administrative processes and workflows.
- Tracking OKRs, leadership priorities, and key deliverables.
- Coordinating cross‑functional routines and ensuring leadership governance.
- Enhancing documentation, process reliability, and operational systems.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across global markets.
- Representing leaders with discretion, diplomacy, and executive presence.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information and decisions.
- Supporting organisational communication and acting as a trusted liaison.
Project & Program Support:
- Supporting leadership on cross‑functional initiatives and strategic programs.
- Managing timelines, dependencies, and reporting requirements.
- Creating executive presentations and communication materials.
- Following through on action items to ensure delivery.
Office & Business Management Support:
- Coordinating team events, offsites, and leadership sessions.
- Supporting budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and compliance workflows.
- Partnering with HR, Facilities, and Business Operations to ensure smooth site functioning.
