The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Visual Content Manager who can lead the visual storytelling of the studio across digital platforms.
This is not a conventional social media role.
We are not looking for someone focused on influencer culture, viral trends, clickbait content, or algorithm-driven gimmicks.
We are looking for someone with exceptional visual judgment, a refined sense of aesthetics, and the curiosity to explore new ways of telling stories about architecture, design, light, art, and culture.
You will be responsible for creating and managing content across photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and social media, while helping shape the visual voice of the studio.
Key Responsibilities : Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop thoughtful and visually compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the studio website.
- Create narratives around projects, design processes, research, materials, craftsmanship, and the human experience of light.
- Translate complex design ideas into engaging visual stories.
- Contribute original concepts and creative directions for content campaigns.
Photography & Videography
- Photograph completed projects, products, installations, and studio activities.
- Capture high-quality video footage for project films, interviews, behind-the-scenes documentation, and social media content.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, tripods, lighting equipment, and related tools.
- Plan and execute shoots independently or with external collaborators when required.
Video Editing
- Edit cinematic project films, reels, short documentaries, interviews, and educational content.
- Create content that reflects the sophistication of architecture, design, and luxury brands.
- Understand pacing, visual rhythm, storytelling structure, sound design, and music selection.
- Produce content suitable for both short-form and long-form platforms.
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, presentations, proposals, brochures, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the studio's visual identity.
Social Media Management
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Write captions and content aligned with the studio's philosophy and brand voice.
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on meaningful insights rather than trends alone.
- Help grow brand visibility among architects, designers, developers, and discerning clients.

Experience creating content for architecture, design, luxury, or cultural brands will be considered a significant advantage.
Technical Skills :
Photography & Videography
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, lenses, lighting, and camera operation.
- Experience with professional cameras and video equipment.
- Ability to independently plan and execute shoots.
Video Editing
Proficiency in one or more of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
Graphic Design
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Motion graphics
- After Effects
- Basic colour grading
- Drone photography/videography
- Lightroom
- Understanding of branding and visual identity systems

Important
If your portfolio primarily consists of influencer content, trend-based reels, meme marketing, dance videos, viral templates, or generic social media content, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
We are looking for someone who sees social media as a medium for storytelling, cultural expression, and visual communication—not simply content production.
