Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Analyze requirements and create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications
● Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and ensure data integrity standards
● Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes
● Identify areas for improvement in the quality system
● Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing of web and/or mobile applications
● Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools and ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
● Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
● Validate fixes and perform regression testing before releases and ensure overall product quality through continuous improvements and best QA practices.
Required Prequisties
● 3-4 years of experience in software testing
● Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
● Strong understanding and Hands-on experience in manual testing ( Mobile - Android / iOS , Web applications )
● Should be flexible in terms of working hours with our international clients
● Experience with bug tracking tools
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
● Proven ability to ensure end-to-end delivery with high customer satisfaction
● Strong analytical, communication, logical and Investigative skills and a strong eye for detail
Good to Have
● Basic understanding or hands-on with automation testing is a plus
● Support CI/CD pipeline testing activities (basic exposure)
