We are building globally scalable brands and seeking a talented WordPress Developer who can create high-performance websites, enhance user experience, and support the digital growth of our diverse business portfolio.The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites for multiple ATTPL Group brands. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in WordPress development, website optimization, security, and responsive design while ensuring excellent performance and user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to business requirements.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-centric websites.
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and applications when required.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize website speed, performance, and loading times.
- Ensure websites meet Core Web Vitals and SEO-friendly standards.
- Identify and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issues.
- Improve website security and implement best practices.
Technical Implementation
- Develop custom WordPress functionalities and features.
- Work with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Implement forms, payment gateways, CRM integrations, and automation tools.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams for website projects.
- Assist in creating landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.
- Support digital branding initiatives through website enhancements.
- Provide technical recommendations for website improvements.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, and other page builders.
- Understanding of website hosting, domain management, and cPanel.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems is a plus.
- Experience in website speed optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress security practices and malware prevention.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in WordPress development are an added advantage.
