POSITION PURPOSE:
- The job holder provides strong drive and coordination for all site HR activities in the responsible line organizations at site.
- She/ He is familiar with the key HR processes and functions in the company and ensures that these are taken into account at the site.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in driving and facilitating DSO implementation at site from HR end; support site leadership, site teams on required transformation topics and to build required knowledge base and in shaping the new organisation with new ways of working/ future HR trends
- Ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon Bayer HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs and strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities with prioritizing the business requirements and customers.
- Execute effective local Talent Management (TM) initiatives in line with the country and global TM strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline for site in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Management to develop the capabilities of the employees to the 90 days to mid-to-long-term site business needs of Bayer Vapi ; and actively contribute to drive Bayer Branding, DEI, #WOW at site from HR aspects
- Manage labor law/litigation in close collaboration with expert team ensuring adherence to applicable laws and Bayer rules.
- Contribute for all employee relations related to their supporting teams and in doing so ensures full compliance with applicable employment legislations.
- Support, and lead as required organizational changes, learning and development, Employee engagement, providing appropriate HR solutions to the business as required from time to time
- Collaborate with country and global HR community, AIM community as required for driving HR topics at site
- Support site leadership team and line managers in HR topics, guide coach and facilitate HR topics
- Counsel and support business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues
- Play role of employee advocacy and consultation to ensure fairness and employee grievances and topics are adequately handled

- Internal Collaborators- Site Head , Unit Heads and Functional Heads
- Cross-functional teams – Hr Operations
- External Collaborators - Universities, Govt Institutes, Government, and labour bodies
WHO YOU ARE:
- Rounded experience in handling HR in a large sized manufacturing set up preferably with corporate HR experience with competencies around agility, result orientation, collaboration, courage, challenge status quo, and strong stakeholder mgt.
- The incumbent will be part of the PS & R&D HR organisation of South Asia.
