We are looking for an enthusiastic, digitally minded marketer to take day-to-day responsibility for auroraer.com. You will be the go-to person for keeping the site accurate, consistent, and performing, working alongside regional marketers across EMEA, NORAM, APAC, and LATAM, and supporting senior colleagues on the wider digital roadmap.
This is a hybrid role, working around 9–6, based in our Gurugram office and reporting into the Global Marketing team. You will collaborate regularly with regional Marketing, P&C, the Careers team, our external web agency, and our Design and Communications teams.
-
Carry out ongoing SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) updates across the site, and share practical guidance with regional marketing teams on how to optimise their content
- Keep the site consistent in tone, structure, and presentation, working with regional marketers to bring their content into line with our brand and style
- Pull regular page-performance reports and feed clear, actionable recommendations back to regional teams
- Action all website updates from P&C and the Careers team, and maintain policy-related content including privacy and data protection pages
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our external web agency, briefing in work and tracking delivery
- Contribute to the website roadmap, flagging opportunities and helping prioritise upcoming initiatives
- Suggest and roll out improvements to CTAs, forms, layouts, and user journeys to increase demo requests, report downloads, and client enquiries
- Proactively flag outdated, duplicate, or underperforming pages and support the work to retire, consolidate, or rebuild them
- Support performance reporting for our LinkedIn channels and other digital marketing metrics as the role develops
Required attributes:
- Some hands-on experience updating a website through a CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar), whether in a role, internship, or side project
- A working understanding of SEO fundamentals and a curiosity about how generative search is changing content discovery
- Comfort with analytics tools such as GA4 or Search Console, and the ability to turn numbers into a clear, written recommendation
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing many small updates at once
Desirable attributes:
- Exposure to LinkedIn analytics or wider digital marketing reporting
- Experience working with an external agency or freelance supplier
- An interest in B2B, professional services, research, or the energy sector
-
A fun, informal, collaborative, and international work culture
- A competitive salary package
- Access to regular coaching and mentoring sessions and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals
- Access to the Aurora Academy, our training programme offering a range of opportunities to develop your skills within the responsibilities of your role and within the wider context of the industry
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering a complete support network that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7/365, covering a wide range of personal and professional aspects
