Job Description

Job Requirements Analysis:
- Thoroughly understand job requirements and expectations from various departments within the infrastructure company.
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend specific skill sets and qualifications needed for each position.
Job Hunting and Talent Sourcing:
- Proactively engage in job hunting activities to identify potential candidates from diverse sources such as job portals, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick and effective fulfillment of job vacancies.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, assessing qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to make informed hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and organizational requirements.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and other recruitment-related documents.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with HR team members to align recruitment strategies with overall HR objectives and company goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources
10-12 years in HR, specifically within the infrastructure sector

Additional Information

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR, specifically within the infrastructure sector.
MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
Previous experience working in an infrastructure company is mandatory.
Exceptional understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a proven track record of successful placements.
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools to enhance efficiency in talent acquisition.
