Key Responsibilities

Monitor vehicles, drivers, or assets through GPS tracking software.
Track real-time movement and identify route deviations.
Communicate with drivers regarding location updates and route issues.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports.
Maintain accurate GPS records and logs.
Respond to alerts such as speeding, unauthorized stops, geofence violations, or emergencies.
Coordinate with fleet managers and operations teams.
Verify vehicle utilization and trip completion.
Assist in resolving GPS device or tracking system issues.
Ensure compliance with company transportation policies.
Report accidents, delays, breakdowns, or suspicious activities immediately
Maintain confidentiality of tracking and operational data.

Required Skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (depending on employer requirements).
Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or monitoring operations is preferred.
Knowledge of maps, routes, and navigation systems is an advantage.
