Project Role : Security Delivery Lead
Project Role Description : Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).
Must have skills : Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
Strong expertise in security incident detection, analysis, and response using SIEM platforms.
Experience in designing and implementing security monitoring strategies and frameworks.
Ability to interpret complex security data and generate actionable insights.
Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to integrate security solutions effectively.
Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices related to security event management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
