Role Description

Femtosoft Technologies is seeking a proactive and intelligent individual to join our human resources team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will oversee all human resource functions and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Previous experience in HR or a related area is preferred and will be beneficial. You should possess the ability to manage departmental budgets, exhibit strong communication skills, and effectively handle stressful situations. We are in search of an HR Executive who can manage our recruitment, employee development, and learning management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include creating referral programs, supervising the hiring process, and updating HR policies as needed. To excel in this position, you should have substantial experience in the human resources field and a solid understanding of labor laws. Ultimately, your role will involve making strategic decisions to ensure the recruitment and retention of qualified employees.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable discipline
Over two years of experience in HR or a similar area
Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Capable of upholding a high degree of confidentiality - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Responsibilities

Developing and overseeing human resources policies and procedures
Coordinating recruitment activities, such as reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and performing background investigations
Maintaining and updating employee records within HR information systems
Administering employee benefits and compensation structures
Conducting performance assessments and delivering constructive feedback to staff
Handling employee relations matters and mediating conflicts
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
Compiling and presenting HR-related reports to senior management
Overseeing the employee offboarding process
Facilitating the recruitment process through the evaluation of CVs and the selection of candidates for further consideration
Overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process for new staff members
Identifying the workforce requirements and submitting them to the HR manager for authorization.
Evaluating the training requirements and organizing the employee training and development initiatives.
