Full job description

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer cum Motion Graphics Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in video production, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics creation, with a strong understanding of digital content trends and social media storytelling. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for brands, campaigns, social media, advertisements, corporate films, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Production

Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality video productions for digital campaigns, advertisements, events, interviews, reels, and branded content.
Handle camera operations, framing, lighting, audio recording, and on-location shoots.
Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
Manage studio and outdoor shoots efficiently.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into engaging final videos optimized for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and websites.
Create fast-paced, trend-driven edits suitable for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
Perform colour correction, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual enhancements.
Deliver videos within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Create motion graphics, animated titles, explainer videos, typography animations, and visual effects.
Design dynamic graphics for social media reels, advertisements, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Develop creative visual storytelling concepts aligned with brand identity.

Creative & Trend Awareness

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, reels formats, AI video tools, and social media algorithms.
Suggest innovative content formats and creative concepts for campaigns.
Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and creative ideation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Videographer and Motion Graphics Video Editor.
Strong proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & DaVinci Resolve
Knowledge of cinematography, lighting techniques, frame composition, and audio recording.
Experience in creating reels, ad films, promotional videos, and social media content.
Familiarity with AI-powered video tools and emerging content technologies is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, media production house, or creative agency.
Experience in handling branded content and performance marketing creatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
