Job Role: Technical Lead – Full Stack, Microsoft Ecosystem

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of full stack cloud-native applications using React / TypeScript on the frontend and .NET / C# on the backend
- Own technical direction and architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and Azure platform layers
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices across the team
- Lead and govern Azure PaaS services including App Services, Functions, Container Apps, and Cosmos DB at scale
- Architect and oversee financial data solutions, budget management workflows, and reporting structures using Azure SQL and SQL Server
- Lead integration architecture with Dynamics 365 financial systems for complex enterprise business workflows
- Own Power Platform strategy: governing Power Automate and Power Apps solutions for enterprise automation and internal tooling
- Lead implementation and governance of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and RBAC across applications
- Govern secure infrastructure through Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Application Insights
- Define and own REST API design standards and govern third-party SaaS and vendor integrations
- Champion security and compliance across all workstreams: GDPR, S360, SSPA, and Microsoft engineering standards
- Design, govern, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes through Azure DevOps
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of senior and mid-level engineers: driving technical growth and performance
- Partner with delivery leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of Microsoft engineering standards: OneBranch, CloudBuild, LiveSite DRI, and incident management
- Lead technical reviews, architecture design sessions, and sprint ceremonies as a senior technical voice
What you bring
- 10–15 years of full stack development experience with at least 3–5 years in a technical lead role within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Must have worked as a vendor contractor assigned to Microsoft projects — active Microsoft V- & BGC clearance is mandatory
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams of 5+ developers and owning end-to-end technical delivery
- Strong experience partnering with delivery managers and business stakeholders to drive technical outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical debt, define engineering roadmaps, and balance delivery speed with code quality
- Expert level proficiency in .NET / C# for backend services, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Expert level proficiency in React / TypeScript for frontend architecture, component design, and performance optimization
- Deep hands-on expertise with Azure PaaS services: App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Proven architecture experience with Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps for enterprise scale automation
- Deep working knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration with financial systems and enterprise workflows
- Expert level understanding of financial data modeling, budget management, variance analysis, and audit trail design
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, and RBAC governance
- Expert level knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Application Insights
- Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks: GDPR, S360, SSPA, and Microsoft vendor compliance
- Expert level REST API design, governance, and third-party SaaS integration architecture
- Proven experience designing, optimizing, and governing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines at scale
- Deep understanding of Microsoft engineering standards: OneBranch, CloudBuild, LiveSite DRI, and incident management
- Expert level Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, retrospectives, ADO Boards, and story delivery governance
- Strong working knowledge of AI/Copilot tools: Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry with ability to guide team adoption

- Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), Experience Manager (AEM)
- Marketo: any marketing automation or campaign configuration experience
- ML model integration
- Financial domain knowledge: budget management, financial reporting, or audit trail awareness
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
