Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain CRM-based dashboards and reports (sales, pipeline, customer insights).

Extract, transform, and analyze data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and related sources.

Build and optimize data models, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.
-
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
-
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
-
Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and optimize performance.
-
Relevant years of experience in CRM reporting, analytics, or BI roles.

Strong experience with CRM analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM Analytics / Power BI / Tableau).

Proficiency in SQL and data querying.

Good understanding of CRM data models (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads).

Experience in dashboard design and data visualization best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into reports.
