Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechatronics Engineer with strong expertise in CAD Design, PLC Programming, and SCADA Systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and troubleshooting automated systems involving mechanical, electrical, and control engineering components. The role requires hands-on experience in industrial automation, machine design, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated machinery, fixtures, and production systems using CAD software.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
- Configure and maintain SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, drives, HMIs, and control panels with automation systems.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, and validation at customer and plant locations.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and reliability.
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams during project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, control logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and operating manuals.
- Support preventive maintenance and root cause analysis for automation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial automation best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Machine Development.
- Experience in manufacturing, tool room, automotive, or special-purpose machine industries preferred.

- Robotics integration and programming.

- Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Python, C#, or VB.NET programming knowledge.
- Experience in data acquisition and process optimization.

Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹1,412,177.55 per year
