Experience in designing the enterprise or customer IDM Architecture with SailPoint IIQ and other IDM products
Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ with green field setup and complex application onboarding.
Experienced in implementation and execution of all the foundation modules of SailPoint with advanced configuration
Strong hands-on development skills in SailPoint and well versed in creating workflows rules custom bean shell provisioning plan certifications LCM custom connectors policies entitlements role mining etc.
Must possess prior experience of having Architected Designed and Conceptualized IAM solutions for Multiple Customers
Should have designed and implemented at least 2 IDM Solutions for large enterprises
Drive IDM patterns for implementation and arrive at various common patterns for IDM use cases
Build a reusable repository of readymade use cases along with necessary documentation that implementation engineers can use across projects
Drive Customer Proof of concept implementations and ensure successful delivery of use cases
Guide the team on solution design deployment and implementation
Prepare requirement specifications and design documentation
Mentoring the team to provide technical solutions for Business and IT-driven projects
Providing engineering and design support to IDM team Engaging with business teams to understand and propose IDM solutions Driving a process-driven culture
Recognizing and focusing on critical issues balance multiple tasks and respond to competing needs within the organization
Developing operational and executive dashboards for various IDM service offerings
Mentoring Engineers working on Architecture Development and Support
Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP ERP, etc.
Experience in working on the proposal process including RFIs and RFPs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

- 10+ yrs. experience on the SailPoint IIQ
- 5+ yrs. experience on the SailPoint IQ Architecture and Implementation
