Job Summary:
The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for planning, investigation, analysis, design support, and execution of geotechnical and geosynthetic works related to highways, embankments, retaining walls, slope protection, soil stabilization, and foundation engineering projects. The candidate will coordinate with project teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and soil testing activities at project sites.
- Analyze soil, rock, and foundation conditions for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare geotechnical reports, calculations, and technical recommendations.
- Design support for retaining walls, reinforced soil structures, embankments, slope stabilization, and erosion protection systems.
- Supervise installation of geosynthetics such as geotextiles, geogrids, geomembranes, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, IS Codes, and project quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly technical reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing support, and project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance during site execution and troubleshooting.
- Ensure safety procedures and quality control measures are followed at site.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in geotechnical or infrastructure projects
- Experience in highways, embankments, retaining walls, soil stabilization, or geosynthetic works preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
