–Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act — record-keeping and compliance
▸Liaise with PF/ESI portals, company CA, and labour departments as required
▸Keep employee documentation current — contracts, NDAs, appointment letters, etc.
▸Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure zero statutory penalties
6. Recruitment & Onboarding
▸Manage end-to-end hiring for full-time, contract, and internship positions
▸Source candidates via job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala), campus connects, and referrals
▸Conduct HR screening rounds, co-ordinate technical interviews, and manage offer rollouts
▸Execute structured onboarding — induction, system access, buddy assignment, 30-60-90 day check-ins
7. Employee Relations & HR Operations
▸Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, leave, benefits, and conduct
▸Maintain accurate HRMS records — attendance, leave balances, personal files
▸Handle grievance redressal in a fair, confidential, and timely manner
▸Drive employee engagement initiatives — team events, surveys, feedback forums
▸Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Experience
▸MBA in Human Resources (compulsory); full-time MBA preferred; PGDM / MSW in HR may be considered
