Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates aligned with organizational requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for restaurant outlets, corporate office, kitchen operations, and support functions based on business manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers, Operations Team, and Department Heads to understand hiring priorities, workforce gaps, and urgent staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, local hiring channels, consultants, and walk-in drives for both bulk and niche hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability based on role requirements, attitude, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, trial rounds, and joining formalities while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status reports, and hiring MIS for management review.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to support uninterrupted outlet and operational functioning.
- Support high-volume hiring requirements during outlet expansion, seasonal demand, and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for onboarding activities, documentation collection, employee joining formalities, and induction scheduling.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical operational roles including kitchen staff, service staff, captains, cashiers, supervisors, and outlet management positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media hiring campaigns, job postings, and local recruitment activities to strengthen the company’s hiring presence.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies, professionalism standards, and workforce planning objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
