Job Summary
The Restaurant Waiter / F&B Service GSA is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to patients, guests, and visitors. At Milife Medicity, the role supports a wellness-focused dining experience by serving therapeutic diets, Ayurvedic meals, and regular menu items while maintaining high standards of hygiene, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service
- Welcome patients and guests and assist them in finding suitable seating.
- Present menus and explain meal options, including therapeutic and special diet meals.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests courteously.
Patient Meal Service
- Coordinate with dietitians and nursing staff regarding prescribed diets.
- Ensure patients receive the correct meals according to dietary instructions.
- Deliver meals to patient rooms when required.
- Report dietary concerns or special requests to the appropriate department.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and linen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when applicable.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Handle food and equipment safely.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, nursing, and front office teams.
- Assist colleagues during peak periods.
- Follow duty rosters and shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Plus Two or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a waiter, steward, or F&B Service Associate is preferred.
- Freshers with hospitality training and strong service orientation may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and hygiene.

Working Conditions
