As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to strengthen our branding, content creation, digital marketing, social media presence, and visual communication initiatives.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, while also producing engaging video content for social media, advertising campaigns, corporate communications, educational programs, and brand-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills, video editing expertise, creative thinking abilities, visual storytelling capabilities, and a deep understanding of current digital content trends.
This role requires someone who can transform ideas into visually compelling graphics and high-performing video content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include:
- Video cutting and sequencing.
- Audio enhancement and synchronization.
- Motion graphics integration.
- Subtitle creation and formatting.
- Visual effects and transitions.
- Color correction and grading.
- Thumbnail creation.
- Platform-specific optimization.
Social Media Content Creation
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
- Convert concepts into engaging visual content.
- Create trend-based content suitable for social media growth.
- Develop platform-specific creative strategies.
- Assist in content calendar execution.
- Design and edit content for multiple brands and business sectors.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Support development of brand identity systems.
- Design logos, brand kits, templates, and marketing assets.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication.
- Enhance visual presentation of all public-facing materials.
Motion Graphics & Multimedia
- Create motion graphics and animated content.
- Develop title animations and intro/outro sequences.
- Produce visually engaging digital content.
- Assist in multimedia storytelling initiatives.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
- Research industry trends and competitor content.
- Generate innovative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Identify emerging content opportunities and digital trends.
Software Skills Required
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva Pro
Working knowledge of:
- Adobe InDesign
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Figma
- Other multimedia and creative tools
Experience with AI-powered design and video tools will be an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Certification, or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video editing capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of branding, visual communication, storytelling, typography, layouts, and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
