Experience: 2–4 years

Role overview

Hands-on Performance Marketer with 2–4 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing. Drive measurable growth across paid channels, organic search, and social platforms using data analysis, campaign optimization, creative collaboration, and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid channels.
Manage campaign lifecycle: audience targeting, creative testing, bids/budgets, tracking, and reporting.
Implement SEO (on-page, technical, off-page) to boost organic visibility.
Develop social strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Collaborate with content and design teams on ads, landing pages, and organic content.
Use GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools to extract insights.
Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
Maintain tracking and attribution (pixels, events, UTMs).
Use AI tools for reporting, creative drafts, bid optimization, and growth discovery.
Prepare performance reports and present recommendations.

Required skills & experience

2–4 years in performance/digital/social media marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Practical SEO knowledge and familiarity with social platform formats.
Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
Solid tracking/attribution understanding (pixels, events, UTM).
Exposure to AI marketing tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
Degree in marketing/commerce/business preferred.
