We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand institutional partnerships, and secure CSR funding opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's educational, sports, and training programs to schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and CSR partners.
The role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, generate funding support, and contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell Sportsa India's products and services to schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations for decision-makers.
- Develop annual and quarterly business growth plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, and educational administrators.
2. CSR Partnerships & Fundraising
- Identify and approach corporate organizations for CSR partnerships.
- Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, and project documents.
- Build relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
- Secure funding support for educational, sports, and community development initiatives.
- Coordinate with organizations for CSR project implementation and reporting.
3. Product Promotion & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of the "Safe & Strong" book and related educational publications.
- Promote Integrated School Sports & Physical Education Programs.
- Market and sell TPET (Training Program for Physical Education Teacher) certification courses.
- Develop new market opportunities for all organizational products and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, NGOs, sports organizations, and corporate entities.
- Identify opportunities for collaborative programs and sponsorships.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, seminars, and educational forums.
5. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support digital marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong database of schools, colleges, corporates, and CSR contacts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, events, and online platforms.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Track revenue, partnerships, CSR funding, and project outcomes.
- Present growth strategies and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Education, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, CSR Fundraising, Corporate Relations, or Educational Partnerships.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, NGOs, training organizations, or CSR projects is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
