● Suitable for large-scale enterprise BI and analytics projects
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, reports, and
analytical solutions.
● Create highly optimized DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for large
datasets.
● Build scalable semantic models and optimize reporting performance.
● Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace governance, and user access
management.
● Integrate Power BI with enterprise cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
● Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
● Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate user stories
into reporting solutions.
● Ensure high-quality, accurate, and error-free delivery through development and
testing.
● Monitor and optimize report rendering, data refresh performance, and overall solution
efficiency.
● Support continuous enhancements and evolving business requirements.
Required Skills:
● Strong expertise in:
○ Power BI
○ DAX
○ Power Query
○ Data Modeling
● Experience writing highly optimized DAX queries for large-scale datasets.
● Expertise in Power BI performance tuning including:
○ Data Models
○ Report Rendering
○ Data Refresh Optimization
● Hands-on experience implementing:
○ Row-Level Security (RLS)
○ Workspace Management
○ User Access Controls
○ Data Governance Best Practices
● Experience integrating Power BI with:
○ Azure Synapse Analytics
○ Azure SQL
○ Databricks
○ Snowflake
○ Microsoft Fabric
● Strong understanding of:
○ Power BI Lakehouse
○ Power BI Warehouse
○ Power BI Dataflows
● Expertise in:
○ Star Schema Design
○ Snowflake Schema Design
○ Dimensional Data Modeling
● Strong SQL programming skills.
● Experience building scalable ETL pipelines using:
○ Azure Data Factory (ADF)
○ SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
○ Similar ETL Technologies
● Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
● Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
● Ability to work effectively in dynamic, large-scale project environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
● Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
