Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and patient-focused Clinic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate staff activities, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Front Office Management
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointments, and billing processes.
- Coordinate patient consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of patient experience and satisfaction.
Lead & Telecalling Coordination
- Monitor daily lead generation from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate with telecallers to ensure timely follow-up of leads and existing patients.
- Track conversion rates and appointment bookings.
- Maintain CRM data and generate follow-up reports.
Operations Management
- Coordinate doctors, therapists, receptionists, and telecalling staff.
- Ensure smooth clinic workflow and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor daily attendance, duty rosters, and staff performance.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, inventory, and operational readiness.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track revenue, patient footfall, lead conversions, and treatment bookings.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and vendors when required.
- Support management in achieving business targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to manage teams and handle patient interactions professionally.
Preferred Experience
- Dermatology, aesthetics, dental, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience in telecalling team management and lead conversion tracking will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
