Endtoend coordination of planned upgrades monthly bundles DOT MonthlyQuarterly activities with a strong emphasis on communication
Upgrade Monthly Quarterly activities ERP outage DOT communications using standard templates
Coordination with MaxAttention especially during Upgrade planning and if any issue during outages monthly changes etc
Monthly bundle management Tracking SAP ChaRM statuses coordinating testing with functional teams and ensuring all planned changes are implemented
Strong handson knowledge on SAP ChaRM JIRA agile approach to coordinate the activities
Scheduling meetings related MoM etc
Any new projects Example Upcoming ECC PRA to RISE OnPrem to Cloud As per Christa there will be separate team for such projects but based on my experience this will be managed by this role as earlier Rene has managed such projects with the help of project team
Most Importantly Experience of Migration from SAP ChaRM to Cloud ALM in OCM role
1 Audit Compliance Management
Lead and manage IT SOX and audit compliance activities for SAP Change Management ChaRM ensuring adherence to governance standards
Coordinate with external auditors eg EY for audit walkthroughs testing and evidence submission
Perform audit board reviews and updates annually to align with compliance requirements
Prepare and provide audit data extracts reports and documentation for periodic and adhoc audit requests
Execute monthly buffer reconciliations across SAP ServiceNow and ChaRM systems
Oversee quarterly audit reporting including
oTransport release validation in production
oRelease authority compliance
oSegregation of duties checks eg no selftransport releases
Support SAP system measurement activities and auditrelated budgeting processes
Manage auditrelated tools and access compliance eg qTest user validation
2 SAP Change Management ChaRM Governance
Act as central coordinator for SAP Change Management processes across ECC and S4 systems
Represent changes in activities in CAB Change Advisory Board meetings for planned outages and releases
Provide functional support and governance oversight for ChaRM including approval workflows and process adherence
Manage rolebased access approvals eg SailPoint PSP personas and distribution list validations
Conduct user training sessions for ChaRM processes and tools
Perform periodic cleanup and governance of ChaRM change documents postupgrades
Monitor SAP migration and changerelated communications channels shared mailboxes
3 Release Outage Planning
Own and manage the endtoend release calendar including DOT releases refresh cycles and planned outages
Coordinate monthly maintenance outages including communications scheduling and execution tracking
Lead critical event planning such as
oAnnual upgrades cutover planning freeze management communications
oDR Disaster Recovery testing coordination
oTimechange related outage activities
Develop and publish annual and longterm 6month release and upgrade plans
Ensure timely execution and governance of urgent transport and migrations
4 Testing Coordination Tools Management
Coordinate testing cycles for SAP upgrades and DR activities across ECC and S4 landscapes
Manage qTest setup reporting and governance for testing activities
Support testing compliance activities including user access reviews and audit readiness
5 ServiceNow Configuration Management
Oversee ServiceNow Configuration Item CI lifecycle management including creation updates and audit alignment
Review and maintain ServiceNow Knowledge Base content for relevance and accuracy
Validate system hygiene through retired application reviews and dependency checks
6 Communication Stakeholder Engagement
Drive enterprisewide communications for
oProduction outages
oSystem refreshes
oRelease announcements and milestones
Manage communication via email distributions SharePoint and Viva Engage platforms
Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder updates during planned and unplanned events
7 Documentation Knowledge Management
Maintain and govern SAPERP documentation repositories SharePoint S Drive ERP portals
Conduct periodic cleanup and consolidation of
oKnowledge Base articles
oDistribution lists
oLegacy documentation sites
Ensure auditready documentation for ChaRM migrations and production processes
Administer and enhance ERP SharePoint and central documentation platformsPle
