Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the organisation's digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, audience engagement, and digital growth.
The role requires a professional who can transform content into meaningful digital conversations, build online communities, and strengthen the visibility of Urban Acres and its associated platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans across platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Content & Campaign Management
- Manage and oversee content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate with editorial, design, video, and production teams for content creation and execution.
- Develop compelling captions, content themes, and campaign narratives.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on analytics and insights.
- Generate leads and audience engagement through strategic digital initiatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Community & Reputation Management
- Manage audience interactions, comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Monitor online conversations and maintain a positive brand image.
- Coordinate timely responses to stakeholder and audience queries.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data and audience behaviour.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, YouTube growth strategies, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
