About the Role

4PM News Networks Ltd. is looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients professionally.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
Handle visitor entries, appointments, and meeting room coordination.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
Assist HR and Administration teams with routine coordination tasks.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
