Position:Office Boy

Location: Sunkadakatte, Magadi main raod, bangalore

Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with office administration tasks, supporting staff requirements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOffice Maintenance & Housekeeping

Ensure cleanliness of office premises, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Maintain cleanliness of office furniture, equipment, and common areas.
Arrange meeting rooms before meetings and discussions.
Monitor and replenish pantry and housekeeping supplies.

Tea, Coffee & Refreshments

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Ensure pantry hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Maintain stock of tea, coffee, sugar, water bottles, and related items.

Office Support Activities

Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Distribute internal documents, letters, and notices.
Support HR and Administration departments in day-to-day activities.
Assist in arranging office events, meetings, and employee gatherings.

Courier & External Coordination

Handle inward and outward courier services.
Deliver documents to banks, government offices, vendors, or customers as required.
Collect office materials and supplies from local vendors.

Visitor Management

Welcome and guide visitors to the concerned departments.
Offer refreshments to guests and visitors.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in reception and waiting areas.

Asset & Utility Monitoring

Monitor office consumables and report shortages.
Assist in maintaining office assets and equipment.
Inform the Admin department about any maintenance requirements.

Required Qualifications

SSLC / PUC or equivalent qualification.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors.

Skills Required

Good discipline and punctuality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Neat and professional appearance.

Preferred Experience

0–3 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Assistant.
Experience in manufacturing or corporate office environment preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
