Position: IT Network Support Executive

Reporting To: IT Manager / Network Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Network Support Executive to manage and support the organization's network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining network performance, resolving user concerns, and providing technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Configure and manage user accounts, system access, and permissions.
Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform routine system and network health checks.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related issues and upgrades.
Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and support documentation.
Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and compliance with IT policies.
Escalate critical issues to senior IT personnel when required.
Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Network Administration.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and user-support abilities.
