We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer with working knowledge of Flutter to join our mobile development team. This role is perfect for candidates who have recently graduated or have up to 2 years of hands-on experience in building Android apps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and fix application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work with APIs, databases, and third-party libraries (Retrofit, Room, Firebase, etc.).
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, UI design principles, and Material Design.
- Proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Android Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
- Experience with Flutter, Git, and Gradle.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Published apps on Play Store (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Terms and Conditions of Employment (Freshers)
1. Probation Period
- You will be on probation for a period of six (6) months from your date of joining.
- During the probation period, you will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹7,000 (Rupees Seven Thousand only).
- Your performance, conduct, and overall suitability will be evaluated during this period.
- The Company reserves the right to extend the probation period if necessary.
2. Confirmation of Employment
- Subject to satisfactory completion of the probation period, your employment will be confirmed in writing.
- Upon confirmation, your monthly salary will be revised to ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
- After confirmation, you will be required to serve a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months with the Company.
3. Minimum Service Commitment
- After successful completion of probation, you agree to serve the Company for at least one (1) year from the date of confirmation.
- If you resign, abandon employment, or fail to complete the minimum commitment period, you shall not be entitled to:
o Experience Certificate
o Relieving Letter
o Any other service-related documentation from the Company.
4. Work Location & Policy
- You are required to work from the designated office location of the Company.
- Work From Home (WFH) is strictly not permitted under any circumstances, unless explicitly approved by the Management in writing.
5. Termination During Probation
- During the probation period, either party may terminate this employment by giving 7 days written notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate employment without notice in cases of misconduct, violation of company policy, or non-performance.
6. Company Policies
- You agree to abide by all Company rules, regulations, and policies in force during your employment.
- Any violation may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
