Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong SEO and Digital Marketing expertise to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our online presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and maintaining websites, implementing SEO strategies, executing digital marketing campaigns, and generating qualified B2B leads from international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and landing pages.
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and high-performing.
- Manage website hosting, backups, domain configurations, and security updates.
- Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Integrate CRM systems, lead forms, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Implement website enhancements based on analytics and user behavior.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking.
- Monitor website rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Build high-quality backlinks and execute off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, inquiries, and conversions.
- Coordinate content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and product promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
B2B Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential customers globally, particularly in developing countries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update prospect databases.
- Support business development efforts with qualified marketing leads.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, lead generation, keyword rankings, and campaign ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and modern web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and techniques.
- Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience marketing industrial, infrastructure, electronics, or technology products.
- Knowledge of international lead generation strategies.
