Full job description

Job Title: Estimation Engineer Intern

Company: Akruti Developer
Location: Aundh, Pune
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: As per company norms
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer Intern to support our project planning and estimation team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings and plans.
Support preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Help in cost estimation and rate analysis of construction activities.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for estimation-related data.
Maintain estimation records and project documentation.
Assist in preparing tender and contractor comparison reports.
Support material quantity calculations and budgeting exercises.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and estimation concepts.
Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
