Job Title: Trainee Engineer – Electrical & Electronics

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Mohali, Sector 82
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical & Electronics Trainee Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will assist in installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution related to electrical and electronic systems. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree—tech graduates who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience and build a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Execution

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
Support in panel wiring, control systems, and power distribution systems.
Perform testing and inspection of electrical components and circuits.
Help in troubleshooting faults and resolving technical issues.
Assist senior engineers during project execution and site activities.

2. Maintenance Activities

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
Maintain maintenance logs and records.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare technical reports and daily activity reports.
Update drawings and technical documentation as required.
Maintain inventory of tools and electrical components.

4. Safety & Compliance

Follow electrical safety standards and company policies.
Ensure compliance with statutory and quality requirements.
Use PPE and adhere to safety guidelines during site work.

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, transformers, and control panels.
Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with PLC, sensors, and basic automation (preferred).
Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Soft Skills

Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a team and independently when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates willing to travel to project sites (if applicable).
