Job Description
P&O Solutions T2 – Talent Acquisition
Communicates Effectively, Stakeholder Management, Manages Complexity, Optimises Work Processes
As a member of the P&O Solutions team, this role will have a visible and vocal role in projects related to solutions design. The role will own specific scope as it relates to Workday and will have a good understanding of client P&O technology stacks that include ServiceNow, RPA solution and bolt-on technologies. Role will work directly with P&O teams to identify and understand business challenges and deploy/support sustainable Workday / SNOW / Automation solutions (for defined scope). Develop requirements documentation and solutions design for various business initiatives and partner with teams to configure, test & deploy solutions. Research business challenges and use analytical skills to provide optimal solutions. Establish working relationships and collaborate with others team to provide high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solutions Design:

Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security and Integration support

Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.

Understand business outcomes, gather business requirements and map to system capabilities and design solutions.
- Lead and/or perform configuration changes in accordance with application procedures.

SMEs for Talent Mgmt and Performance work streams driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionality

Actively contribute and participate In Workday community and build cross-domain capability to design and deliver integrated solutions
Customer Partnership
-
Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards
- Ensure vision and strategy is understood.

Ensure requirements are defined, reviewed, and agreed upon with the key stakeholder/project team.

Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned.
Process Management
-
Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
-
Understand objectives of business processes related to technology and translate into functional requirements.

Responsible for driving WD business process design activities of the assigned functional areas

Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support

Maintain the system configuration, reporting and calculated field designs
Project Management
-
Use agile methodology to continually delivery solutions, manage small to medium size projects,
-
Identifies, escalates key issues, risks, roadblocks in delivering solutions
-
Develop documentation for test scenarios and ensure process documentation for configurations and maintain project documentation standards.
Education & Professional Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
4+ years HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience in design user centric technology solutions
-
2+ years of Workday business process & configuration responsibility and Workday reporting experience.
-
Completion of Workday training; Workday Pro Certified (Talent/ Performance) is a huge plus
Knowledge / Experience

Successful track record of taking system ownership, including system administration responsibilities
- Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, project management, and HRIS systems development methodologies.

Critical thinker with exceptional ability to model business processes and identify and resolve gaps.

Strong analytic, problem solving, consultancy and communication skills.
-
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a Shared Services Centre environment
