Marketing Intern (School Outreach & Partnerships)

Location: Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida & Gurugram)
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Travel & Food Reimbursement + Performance Incentives

About The Code Kid

The Code Kid is an innovative learning platform focused on helping students from Classes 1–12 develop future-ready skills in Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, App Development, Web Development, and Computational Thinking. We collaborate with schools to build coding culture through coding clubs, workshops, competitions, guest lectures, and technology-driven learning programs.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated Marketing Interns to help expand The Code Kid's presence across schools in Delhi NCR.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with school principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers, introduce The Code Kid platform, and establish initial relationships that can be further developed by our founders and partnership team.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, business development, education, sales, networking, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
Connect with Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, and school management teams.
Introduce The Code Kid's programs and partnership opportunities.
Explain the benefits of coding education, AI learning, robotics, and technology clubs for students.
Schedule meetings and discussions between interested schools and The Code Kid leadership team.
Build and maintain a database of school contacts and partnership opportunities.
Follow up with schools to maintain engagement and communication.
Represent The Code Kid professionally during all school interactions.
Share feedback and insights gathered from schools with the internal team.

Eligibility

Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable meeting school authorities and conducting face-to-face discussions.
Passion for education, marketing, business development, or community building.
Ability to travel within Delhi NCR.
Prior experience in marketing, sales, campus ambassador programs, or outreach activities is a plus but not mandatory.
