About the Role –Junior Fullstack Developer
We are looking for a motivated Junior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and work on customer-facing products. This role offers hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development while collaborating closely with experienced developers in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will contribute to new feature development, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of our platforms while strengthening your fullstack skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and assist with GraphQL-based services
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization
- Implement basic caching strategies using Redis
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Write and maintain unit tests using Vitest and React Testing Library
- Learn and work with specialized libraries such as React Flow and Fabric.js
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality product features
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (basic TypeScript knowledge preferred)
- Understanding of React.js, hooks, state management (Redux / Context API)
- Basic backend knowledge with Node.js and Express.js
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database concepts
- Understanding of SQL vs NoSQL databases
- Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Basic understanding of testing practices and code quality standards
