Position details:

Job Title: Analyst - Mobile Application Development (Tamil Proficiency Required)
Experience range: 2-4 years
Location: Mangalore (Hybrid, 3 days work from office)

Position Overview:

Idyaite is looking for an Analyst - Mobile Application Development (Flutter) with 2–4 years of experience in Flutter, Android, iOS platforms, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dart for Flutter, Java/Kotlin for Android, and Swift/Objective-C for iOS, with the ability to design UI/UX and develop and optimise enterprise-grade mobile applications.

The selected candidate will work on an OTT platform catering to Tamil-speaking audiences and will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications.

Due to the nature of the project, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Tamil is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust cross-platform Flutter apps for Android, iOS and Web with consistent UI/UX.
Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate mobile UI with server-side logic.
Manage App releases on PlayStore and AppStore, with versioning and code signing.
Manage app state using Provider and Flutter’s built-in tools.
Design and develop mobile UI/UX using industry standard design principles.
Collaborate with customers, Sr. stakeholders in implementing their application vision.
Test Mobile applications using testing frameworks such as XCTest for iOS and Espresso for Android.
Optimise performance through continuous testing and performance optimization.
Use AI tools in improving the speed and quality of deliverables.
Use GIT, JIRA & other collaborative tools to keep track of all the deliverables.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud services, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in Mobile App development.
Strong proficiency in Flutter (iOS, Android, Web), Firebase, Deep Linking
Strong experience in Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/ React.
Solid experience working with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and similar platforms
Strong experience in tools such as Android Studio, VS Code, XCode, Firebase Console, Flutter DevTools.
Proficiency in GIT, Postman, JIRA
Proficiency in App Store & Play Store deployment
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, EC2, API Gateway)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Additional Requirements:

Based in Mangalore, or willing to relocate upon appointment.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Tamil is mandatory.
Willingness to travel as required.
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies
Willingness to experiment, learn and grow
