Join a collaborative Legal and Business Operations team made up of detail‑oriented professionals and supportive leaders who work together to ensure efficient legal processes and strong business support. In this role, you’ll contribute to key legal and administrative functions in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
Our organization is seeking a part‑time Legal & Administrative Assistant based in Bangalore, India, who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to support legal operations.

Why This Role Matters

Legal Operations and Administrative Support are key to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong internal processes. In this role, you will help manage contracts, documentation, and administrative workflows that support the business.

Your Impact

You will support legal and business teams by ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas:

Manage and track commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts
Maintain contract databases and monitor renewals and deadlines
Coordinate contract execution, including e‑signatures and document filing
Maintain NDA and DPA trackers and assist with reporting metrics
Maintain SharePoint repositories and ensure proper document retention
Coordinate insurance matters, including COIs and renewal support
Provide administrative support (scheduling, reporting, invoices, and coordination)
Support compliance activities and maintain corporate records

This role is ideal for individuals with 2–3 years of experience in legal and administrative support who are detail‑focused and well organized and a law degree.

You’ll succeed if you bring:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Work Structure

This is a part‑time role (approximately 27 hours/week)
Work schedule: 3–4 days per week, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)
At least one day per week in the office is required
