Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately completing forms, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and providing general secretarial assistance. Performance-based incentives are available for employees who meet or exceed form completion and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately complete and submit various forms and applications.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Manage emails, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Coordinate with clients and team members to obtain required information.
Assist management with general secretarial and administrative duties.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
BACHELORS OR ABOVE +
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
