Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in Java Programming and Backend Development

Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot and related technologies

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture and backend system design

Experience developing secure, scalable and high-performance enterprise applications

Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem

Build secure, reliable and scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives

Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices-based applications

Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers and QA teams across global locations

Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize backend services for maximum performance and reliability

Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code following industry standards
