Area of operation: Bristling Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Ø To collect machine planning including colour changes, Nylon/wire specifications etc in his shift from Planner/reliever in time and to communicate to seniors/operators. To take production priority so as to ensure fast decisions in case of manpower shortage.
Ø To ensure that all the raw material/spares are available for his shift. To co-ordinate with stores for availability of spares in time.
Ø To ensure that all the process parameters and production schedule are available on the machine. To ensure that the production is achieved as per the laid down Quality standards, production schedules and as per process parameters fixed.
Ø To ensure that all machines the % of rejection is below than permissible % rejection. In case of more rejection corrective step to take after consulting Planner/Quality Dept.
Ø To ensure that the production for the shift is o.k. and is kept with production slips and as per the laid down procedure at the prescribed places only. To ensure that the rejection produced is segregated properly, identified with rejection slips and is kept in specified places only. To ensure that all the crates are covered properly to avoid dust on products.
Ø To communicate to the Plant in-charge during any problem/decision taking regarding change in the programme.
Ø To ensure that Air conditioners and ancillaries and related Utility equipment are working well and Air compressors, fans, tube lights etc are working in proportion to no of machines running.
Ø To see that no operator leaves the machine during shift change/lunch time and to report such cases.
Ø To ensure that shift change is smooth and all the information is passed to his reliever as per the laid down procedure. To ensure smooth shift change over among workmen also.
Ø Ensure that extra raw material from shop floor is removed as soon as production on machine is over.
Ø To provide technical suggestions required during purchase of new Machinery (if requires) and to do the needful during Installation/ Erection/ shifting of machine.
Ø To give daily work report of bristling & Sealing team to management by mail.
Ø To give guidance or planning related to work to bristling & sealing personnel on weekly basis.
Ø To attend the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) review meeting, Morning meeting & to represent Bristling & Sealing department in Reviews.
Ø To compliance the action decided in KIP review meeting within a given period of time.
Ø To ensure that during Customer Visits & internal-external audit, the documents & Rules & Regulations are implemented according to the concerned JIMS Procedure.
Ø To comply with the requirements of all standers like amfori BSCI & SEDEX, BRC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14001 and maintain the required records & documents.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ø To allocate manpower as per production planning and machine planning. To ensure optimum utilisation of seniors and workmen during his shift.
Ø To have full care, accounting, preventive and breakdown maintenance of Suction units, Trimmers, Cutters and Roundators.
Ø To have full care and accounting of Hot stamping unit, Pad printing machine and to complete JIMS activities as and when required.
Ø To fill machine failure report if failure lasts for 8 hrs or more.
Ø To fill all the reports in time and to give to concerned person.
Ø To fill indent properly by giving all technical details required for indenting the material from stores department
Ø To ensure Good manufacturing practice.
Ø To implement & to ensure that implementation of 5S in Plant area.
Ø To aware about concerned JIMS Format & Procedures.
Ø To give training to new joined employees. (& also to workers if required.)
Ø Imparting functional training of Operator, Seniors & Shift Engineers.
Ø To adhere and to comply to the following principles set out in the amfori BSCI & Sedex Code of Conduct.
Ø To show zero tolerance against corruption, extortion, embezzlement or bribery.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
