Roles & Responsibility

Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participating in code reviews to ensure the code quality.
Ensuring that the code is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by users.

Technical Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ReactJS development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
Experience with RESTful APIs and knowledge of common API frameworks such as Express.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with code testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Passionate about learning new technologies and working on innovative projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.
Problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues in a timely manner.
